Shipping Policy

At KinMed CPAP Machines & Masks, we specialize in providing high-quality respiratory equipment to customers across the country. Please note that we only ship within Canada and do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Service Area: We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.
  • International Restrictions: We do not ship outside of Canada. This includes brands like ResMed, which are strictly restricted to Canadian addresses.
  • Prescription Requirements: To ensure your safety and compliance, all CPAP machines, APAP machines, and BiLevel machines require a valid prescription from a certified Canadian Sleep Physician before the order can be processed for shipping.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Delivery Estimates: When you place an order, we provide estimated delivery dates based on product availability and your chosen shipping method.
  • Weight-Based Shipping: For items not covered by our flat-rate shipping, costs are calculated based on weight. In accordance with shipping carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. You can find specific item weights on their respective product detail pages.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of respiratory health products and public health regulations, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

  • Hygiene Standard: All masks, accessories, supplies, and CPAP machines are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Returns are only permitted in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect. You must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending any items back. Items returned without this number cannot be processed, and we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Incorrect Items: If we ship an incorrect or defective device, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or the correct unit within one week of delivery.
  • CPAP Mask Replacement: This policy is exclusively available to clients who purchase a machine with an extended warranty at our physical store and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Online Orders & In-Store Pickup

We offer an In-Store Pickup option for online orders to help you save on shipping costs and receive your items faster.

  • Pickup Terms: To maintain the efficiency of our online system, items ordered for pickup cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded at the time of collection.
  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed on our website, it is considered final. Cancellations are only permitted if an item is out of stock.
  • Refund Fees: If an order is cancelled because a customer cannot provide the necessary CPAP prescription or meet eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable processing fee charged by the credit card company.
