 Shipping

We can ship to all addresses in Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations such as ResMed products. Contact us if you are an international buyer for products we can ship. All CPAP Machines, APAP Machines and Bilevel Machines require a valid prescription from a certified Sleep Physician in Canada before machines can ship.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Be aware  that the shipping rates for many items we sell that do not attract flat shipping rates, are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Returns Policy

All respiratory products such as masks, accessories, supplies and machines cannot be returned or exchanged due to public health concerns. Returns and exchange are only permitted if there is an established manufacturing defect and you must contact us to approve the returns.

CPAP mask replacement policy is only available to clients who purchased cpap machines with extended warranty in store. The mask replacement is done on a case by case basis, to prevent abuse of the process.

 CPAP devices with confirmed manufacturing defects may be returned within 1 week of delivery for possible replacement with similar product type, and we would change the type if a wrong device was shipped. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).Before you return the item, call to get a return authorization number. Please do not ship back to us, without authorization number, since it may result in misplaced item and we are not responsible for such loss.

 Online Order/Instore Pickup

We extend instore pick-up option for our online clients only for two reasons - To save on shipping cost and quick access to purchased products. Therefore, items ordered online cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded at pickup.

Online Order Cancellation/Refund: Once an order has been placed on ourwebsite, it cannot be cancelled by clients unless we no longer stock the product anymore and unable to fulfill the order. However, if clients cancels an order due to inabilty to meet eligibility requirement for that product, eg prescription items, we would withold the processing fee charged by the Credit Card Processing Company from the clients's refund.
